KHALA IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE. KHALA NEEDS TO BE REWARDED WITH HER OWN FRANCHISE. MOTEL 6 NEEDS TO MAKE NOTE OF GOOD EMPLOYEES SO THAT THEY DO NOT LEAVE FOR BETTER OPPORTUNITIES..I AM SURE THAT THE CUSTOMERS WOULD APPRECIATE EMPLOYEES LIKE KHALA. KHALA AND SUSIE WERE THE TWO YOUNG LADIES THAT CHECKED ME IN ON MY FIRST REVIEW. I DID NOT KNOW THE NAMES OF THESE TWO AMAZING LADIES. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED FROM THESE YOUNG LADIES. THEY ARE THE RIGHT PEOPLE WHO NEED TO BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. CUSTOMERS WANT TO SEE A KIND,FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS,CARING PERSON WHO CAN SMILE AND SAY HELLO. A SMILE CAN MAKE A PERSON'S DAY. KHALA WENT ABOVE & BEYOND ON MY LAST STAY. SHE HELPED ME OUT WITH THE TROUBLE THAT I WAS HAVING WITH MY TV.KHALA ALSO SENT ME THE NEXT CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THE GENTLEMEN WHO CAME TO FIX MY PROBLEM WITH THE TV WAS ALSO A VERY PROFESSIONAL, KIND AND COURTEOUS. HE WAS ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THE STAFF HAS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. THE STAFF I MENTIONED NEED TO BE REWARDED AND RECOGNIZED.

THE TWO YOUNG LADIES THAT CHECKED ME IN WERE A BREATH OF FRESH AIR. THE MANAGER I AM ASSUMING, AND THE FRONT DESK STAFF REPRESENTATIVE.THESE TWO YOUNG LADIES WERE VERY WELCOMING KIND, COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. IF YOU RUN A BUSINESS PUT THE TYPE OF PEOPLE THAT BELONG. THESE YOUNG LADIES ARE IN THE RIGHT POSITION,CUSTOMER SERVICE.I FELT LIKE MY BUSINESS WAS APPRECIATED, ALL IT TAKES IS A SMILE AND A WELCOMING HELLO TO MAKE A PERSON'S DAY. BUSINESSES THRIVE ON CUSTOMER'S, IT'S WHAT KEEPS THE DOORS OPEN AND THE LIGHTS ON.MAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER ONE, A TOP PRIORITY. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THE WAY I WAS TREATED. I WILL CONTINUE TO STAY AT THIS MOTEL 6 WHENEVER I AM VISITING OUT OF STATE.IT WAS MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME.

No breakfast, didn't like that I had to go to lobby for coffee. When did motels get rid of coffee makers in the rooms? Everything is bare bones but clean.

Front desk staff were AMAZING. Hotel Manager was the best and during the personal crisis me and my family are in she was Professional and amazing. She helped with any questions and was curious with everyone. WiFi was slow and you might need to keep up with housekeeping for towels and bedding but for a cheap price and saves money for a week or so stay Motel 6 in Naperville is the highest recommendations if you are in a short time bind. Low prices, great staff and everyone I seen at the front desk will help you fast and meet all your needs and questions. Now time to book my last week

I like to given recognition to the lobby desk Concierge, Rosa, for she is outstanding to assist what is requested. Great personality with a smile. Thank you Rosa for your fabulous customer service! 😉👍 Also, I really like the upgrade change to the rooms making the atmosphere much pleasant. 🤗

No breakfast just coffee. Some fruit would have been nice. Very clean and friendly staff. Especially Damion (I think) was great. He checked us in and was very helpful.

Staff and housekeeping were very friendly and thorough. Great location with places to eat, shop and bank nearby. Safe, comfortable room. Minor problem with room air conditioner was handled promptly. Was everything I expected.
